Short Tutorial

1. Open Instagram settings

Go to your profile, open the menu, and enter the Account Center.

2. Request your export

Open 'Your information and permissions' and choose 'Download your information'.

3. Start export to device

Create export, select date range and media quality, then start the export.

4. Import the ZIP in FRÅNDS

When Instagram emails your download link, save the ZIP and upload it in the FRÅNDS import screen.

Good to know

Instagram usually sends the export link within a few minutes, but it can take longer for larger accounts.
